Alisha Chinai has a great voice and was considered the 'pop diva' of India and was extremely popular in the 90's; here are two songs that are my favorites.
'Lover girl' featuring Marc Robinson, who now owns his own modelling agency and has previously dated Preity Zinta. 'Made in India' features supermodel Milind Soman (can we say SO HOT?) who has dated Bipasha Basu and is now dating Shahana Goswami. Hope these bring back some memories ;p

Alisha was rocking pop charts those days. Absolutely loved her work. Here is another superb video, I think you have missed.
I loved both of these songs as a kid! They seriously do bring back memories.
haha you're hilarious.. yes I've heard most of the songs on it and to tell you the truth I don't remember her earlier songs as much as her later songs probably because I was too young and their wasnt as much indipop music available in NY.
Also, I chose to do her this week because you happened to mention her previously so i thought why not? ;p
Hi, JJC! Loooove your header- very pretty. Didn't Alisha also sing Kajra Re and It's Rocking? Very different stylistically from Made In India...great, now I've got it stuck in my head the rest of the afternoon!
